Whether you're receiving one-to-one tutoring, using The Essay Clinic, or working through a Brae Education learning programme, you can submit your work for review here.


The level and type of feedback provided will depend on your purchased service, tutoring arrangement or learning programme.

Please use the email address associated with your Brae Education account or purchase.

If your submission relates to a purchase, booking or learning programme, please enter the relevant reference number. You can find this in your Brae Education confirmation email.

If you're unsure of your examination board, select "Other / Not sure".

Please ensure that you have selected the correct service and uploaded all relevant documents before submitting. Essay Clinic feedback is available to customers with a valid purchase. Other submissions will be reviewed according to the learner's existing tutoring or learning arrangements.

A note about submitting your work

Submitting work through this page does not automatically entitle you to additional feedback. The support provided will depend on your existing tutoring arrangement, purchased service or learning programme. If you've purchased an Essay Clinic, please submit your work within three months of purchase. Your feedback turnaround begins once your complete submission has been received.

What can I send?

Written work

Essays, paragraphs, examination responses, creative writing and other written assignments.

Worksheets

Completed activities, exercises, practice questions and independent learning tasks.

Photos

Clear photographs of handwritten work, notes or completed activities.

Questions

Something you're struggling with, would like explained or want to explore further.

A few things that help

Before submitting your work, please:

  • Make sure your documents or photographs are clear and readable.

  • Include the original question or task instructions where relevant.

  • Upload any assessment criteria or marking guidance you've been given.

  • Tell us what you would particularly like support with.

  • Check that your submission is within the limits of your purchased service.

  • Ensure your contact details are correct so we can return your feedback.

Essay Clinic customers receive their personalised feedback within three working days of submitting all required materials.
